Refund Policy

What's covered

The 14 days run from each charge, not just your first one. If a renewal catches you by surprise, that renewal is refundable on the same terms.

How to request one

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Either route works:

Email aaron@openworkoutsystem.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll arrange it. Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order with your email address and the last four digits of your card.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle processes them promptly; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank, typically 3–10 business days.

Cancelling versus refunding

These are different things, and you may only want the first:

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Do it any time from your account page — no need to ask us.

Refunding returns your money for a charge. Your subscription ends and paid features stop when the refund is issued.

After 14 days

We don't automatically refund charges older than 14 days, and we don't pro-rate partial months — cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. That said, if something went genuinely wrong, ask anyway. Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, failed access to something you paid for and extended outages get sorted out regardless of the date.

AI usage already consumed

A refund is for the full amount, whether or not you used the AI allowance included in your plan. We don't deduct for usage.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the UK, EU and other regions have cancellation and refund rights under local law. This policy is offered in addition to those rights and doesn't replace or reduce them.
